Automation of management reporting is his particular strength along with analysis of information to enable management to make decisions based on facts. His experience includes working with CFO’s and Financial Controllers of many public hospitals along with running his own IT business and being a trustee of several charitable trusts. Ross has been a Chartered Accountant for 15 years and is also owner of Costing Business Solutions Ltd, a specialised consulting firm that develops and implements innovative, effective solutions for organisations. He believes in focusing on people & building long-term relationships with clients. |

Assistant Accountant | Caroline handles all our admin with ease and ensures smooth running of all office functions, including our team. She also prepares clients wages, human resources admin, liaises with Inland Revenue and does Companies Office functions. Caroline comes from teaching background and is currently studying towards becoming an Accounting Technician. She is very family oriented, loves gardening and scrap booking. |
